The Ruling on Dispossessing the Disbelievers wealth in Dar al-Harb
Note: Brothers and sisters should take into consideration that Maldives is not Dar al-Harb and so while much of what the Sheikh speaks of below is applicable to this country, not all of it may necessarily be so and every situation has its particular ruling.
